I’m on my third week of Naturally Stefanie’s Vegan Aesthetics 90 day challenge. lifting weights has made me STARVING! I’ve been keeping my hunger at bay with Garden of Life protein shakes and whole plant foods! (Hooray)
Today after leg day I was craving protein pancakes! I came up with this recipe on my own after last time the recipe I followed had disastrous effects.
This made enough for Eric and I, and it really could have been 3 servings!
Recipe:
1 1/2 cups of rolled oats
1 scoop garden of life unflavored protein powder
1 1/2 cup of water or almond milk
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
Throw it in a blender and blend. Cook pancakes is 1/4 cup amounts over medium heat. Flip them when the little holes stay and cook for another minute!
Ta da! Top with whatever you desire! I love almond butter and maple syrup.
